The District has partnered with other conservation organizations in
the Miami Valley since 2001, to conduct annual river cleanups by
canoe on the Stillwater and Great Miami Rivers. Experienced
canoeists are needed each year in June for the Stillwater and July
for the Great Miami River cleanup events. Canoes are provided or
you may bring your own. Watch newspapers and this web site for
more information in late spring. Below are some pictures of
the treasures that we find in our local waterways and the crew that pulled
it out!
