Project Description:

The Shafer-Karr project is located in Clay Township, Sections 15, 22, and 23.  It is 5,780 ft long, drains 267 acres (watershed size), benefitting 46 parcels of land.  Construction was completed 11/01/01, at a cost of $104,651.52.   Cost share funds reduced that amount by $31,491.00.  Ditch maintenance plans for 2003 and project funding are as follows.
