Project Description

The Wolf Creek project is located in Clay Township Sections 19, 20, 21, 29, and 30.  It is 3,500 ft long, drains 1,527 acres (watershed size), benefitting 186 parcels of land.  Construction was completed 4/21/82, at a cost of $23,447.82.  There was no cost share involved because the Montgomery County Engineer managed the project.  The estimated cost to reconstruct this project today is $37,800.00.  Ditch Maintenance plans for 2003 and project funding are as follows:

A. 2003 Project Maintenance

   1. Treat ditch bank for woody vegetation and noxious weeds.  Treat cattails as needed.
       Estimated cost, $450.00.

   2. Ditch mowing.  Estimated cost, $350.00.
